PS - If you like the Destinations Anthology, you're going to love the campaign we have live right now!
The Mag Tower combines a fun and easy tabletop game, a comic book, and a coloring book all set in the sci-fi/fantasy universe of Children of Gaia. It's a great way to explore this massive, richly imagined world that we at Oneshi Press have been working on for decades!
MANDRILL P.I. Issue #4 is the 24-page fourth chapter in the story of a hardboiled, hard-drinking private detective in a cartoon city who must solve the murder of its foremost celebrity. As he investigates the crime, he learns of a deadly conspiracy that festers behind the scenes and threatens to engulf the entire town—a conspiracy filled with MAD SCIENCE and insanity that would only be possible in a cartoon world!
If you love the depth and variety of comics in our anthologies, you're going to adore this campaign set in the vast and immersive sci-fi/fantasy universe of Children of Gaia!
This Kickstarter features…
Our first-ever, one-off table-top game, set in the sci-fi fantasy universe of Children of Gaia,
A 28-page coloring book of magical creatures in the world of the game, illustrated by Shadowind
A 12-page short comic featuring deep backstory behind the game written and illustrated by Chris Covelli, colored by Lacerta, and lettered by Cardinal Rae!
An interactive, digital game-play board for 2-12 players, made by David Gueringer
Stunning six-sided dice custom made to represent the Mage Stones in the game by Flute's Creations
And lots more! We've even got an early-bird tier JUST for backers who pledge on the first day!
Fulfillment Update the Second: Good & Bad News

Hello again, DESTINATIONS Seeker!
We're writing to you today with some good news and some bad news.
The Bad News
One of the amazing artists for the DESTINATIONS Anthology has experienced a series of unforeseeable and unfortunate events. Since each incident was short-term and isolated, we kept pushing back our due date for the final art, hoping that it would cause a short but manageable delay in our production schedule. Alas, more events just kept on coming, as we kept pushing back our deadline.
At last, as of today, we've decided to postpone publication of "The Madam's Journey," and proceed with publishing the DESTINATIONS Anthology without it.
We are very sad to have to make this choice, but it's not allbad news…
The Good News
The most important good news is that the artist for "The Madam's Journey" will have one less deadline to meet when she gets back on her feet. We hope that she'll be able to get the rest she needs when things calm down for her, rather than having the stress of a deadline to meet. When she sits back down to finish this short comic, we hope she'll be feeling her absolute best!
Then there's also the good news that, when "The Madam's Journey" is complete, we'll get to show it off to all of you amazing DESTINATIONS backers as a standalone digital comic! You'll be the first to see it. And, since it will come in late, it will keep that "New Rewards" excitement going even longer. Win-win!
And of course, there's the fabulous news that, now that we know what we're doing with the anthology, we'll have the anthology completed soon, then off to you in digital format. We'll also place print orders as soon as everything in the anthology is updated!
And we may be able to roll this short comic into our next launch—Children of Gaia: The Mag Tower! "The Madam's Journey" takes place in our Children of Gaia sci-fi/fantasy universe, so it's a natural fit for the campaign, which launches next Thursday!
The Great News
Here's the best of the good news—the great news, if you will!
We alreadyhave a comic to replace "The Madam's Journey" in the DESTINATIONS Anthology!
About a year and a half ago, we created "Enter the Oneshiverse" with our amazingly skilled friend, Michel Abstracto…and it fits the DESTINATIONS theme perfectly! We originally shared that short comic only with our Patreon subscribers and our mailing list devotees…but we think now is a fantastic time to share it with our anthology readers, as well.
Here's a quick peek at the cover…
About "Enter the Oneshiverse"
KF Kat Fish: Is he a cat in a fish suit? A fish cosplaying as a cat? Whatever his unidentified, self-important, amphibious, space-faring species may be, we hope you'll come to love him as much as we do in "Enter the Oneshiverse"!
In this epic adventure of "Kan't Fathom" proportions, our indomitable pilot-slash-astronaut-slash-apple-juice-swilling hero, as he swoops, swooshes, and swigs his way through the vast and beautiful universe of Oneshi Press's many series!
There are more than a few fun surprises, and a slew of Easter eggs, for you to enjoy along this eight-page journey through time, space, and personal evolution alongside our epically egotistical mascot.
So, all in all, lots of good news and only a little bad news! Thank you for sharing it with us!

It has been my dream since I was a kid, struggling with Attention Deficit Disorder and Dyslexia, to be a comic book creator because comic books have helped me to overcome my learning disabilities. I've had the pleasure of self-publishing Night Wolf #1-6 and Snow Paw #1-2, with the help of my past Kickstarter backers, who I refer to as my Wolf Pack.
Now, I stand ready to produce my first Plush Toy inspired by my character, Night Wolf! That’s why I’ve come back to pay for the production and the rewards that you will receive for backing this project.

Hello there, Destinations seeker!
We're pleased to report that cards have been charged and we are working hard at putting together your digital rewards!
There's been a bit of a delay, as one of the artists has had a few unexpected hiccups that have slowed down the production process, and we are still waiting on the most final-est final art for that comic. 😟
We expect to have it in by the second week of February at the latest, and we will keep you updated! As soon as that art comes in, we'll finalize the anthology and get it sent to you in digital format. 😎
However, we've got lots of other digital goodies to start sending out this week, like older anthologies, theme songs, digital art, and more! So keep your eyes on your email inbox—and on this update space—because there are digital rewards headed your way very soon! 🥳
Thanks so much for your patience, and for supporting indie comics! Wahoo! You rule!
Expect everything from space opera and mythology, to action and comedy or monsters and robots in each issue of our anthology. If you have missed a previous issue or are looking to jump on board, you can get them for a great price and as an 'add-on' reward.
We need £5000 to bring the latest installment of the UK's foremost independent comic to print and mail out to you. If this fundraiser is successful The77 issue 9 will be printed in February.
